- to execute the work permit for a foreign citizen or a person without citizenship – 3,500 rubles (for each engaged employee).

A highly-qualified specialist is a foreign citizen possessing work experience, skills or achievements in a certain field, if the conditions of his labour activity in the Russian Federation presuppose payment of salary (remuneration) at the rate of two million rubles per year and more.
